From the peaks of peru
Grown in the mist-covered Namballe district of Cajamarca, Peru, this limited release is rich, balanced, and layered with notes of hazelnut, pineapple cake, and salted caramel.
Produced by smallholder farmers and traditionally washed, the coffee is carefully fermented and dried to develop clarity, sweetness, and depth. Surrounded by extraordinary biodiversity, Namballe is also home to producers deeply committed to protecting the land, making this coffee a beautiful expression of both place and people.
