TAMPA, Florida (Dec 6, 2023) — On Nov. 29, Buddy Brew Coffee presented a $10,000 check to Tampa nonprofit Onbikes, in honor of Giving Tuesday. Founder Julius Tobin and Interim Executive Director Tara Knauss were on hand to receive the donation. The event took place at Buddy Brew’s flagship cafe at 2020 W. Kennedy Blvd., in Tampa.
Onbikes, which provides thousands of bikes to needy children across Florida and the Southeast, is Buddy Brew’s longest-standing collaboration partner. Buddy Brew offers three seasonal coffees throughout the year that benefit Onbikes: Freewheelin' Roast, Shipwreck Roast and Joyride Roast.
Buddy Brew sends a team to participate in a bicycle build at Onbikes each December, and supports Onbikes’ annual Winter Wonder Ride fundraiser. Joyride Roast is currently available at all Buddy Brew cafes and online, throughout the holiday season. This year, one bag of Joyride Roast contains a “Golden Ticket” that provides a lucky winner with two VIP passes to Winter Wonder Ride 12 on Dec. 9 at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, and other prizes.

That aligns with our ‘Brew Good, Do Good’ mission, and we are so excited to take it up a level this year with the Winter Wonderland golden ticket promotion.”
